Notice of AGM

GPNA will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Sunday 27th October from 6pm at the Plaza Café in Great Park Town Centre.

Proposed timings: 6-7pm informal meet & greet.

This is a chance for residents to meet and to informally discuss topics that are important to them.

It will also be a good opportunity for the future GPNA committee members to get a flavour of the issues that matter most to the residents.

7-8pm. AGM.

Our chair will coordinate the election of the new committee. Please note: we are very aware of the issues that we face here in GP and we know that these will feature heavily. However, this meeting will have focus on election to roles and the organisation of future resident meetings to discuss and progress park issues.

Overview: We are currently made up of a small group of residents and are looking to relaunch the association. This year, we are looking to further strengthen our committee within the GPNA and to work with the Local Authority and Consortium to continue to press for improvements across the estate. We are keen that the pro-active residents on this estate can join and work under the constitution of the GPNA and can affect change.

If you are interested in running for roles, please feel free to either contact us directly or promote your intentions via the residents’ online groups to gather support.
