“Your 2019 service charge invoices and statements are being mailed this week (week commencing 26th October 2020).
Due to COVID restrictions the Management Company team are currently working remotely. If you have any queries or questions regarding your invoice or statement please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
If you have any queries regarding your rent and service charges, full details can be found in the Park Management section of the website here: newcastlegreatpark.com/park-management. The rent and service charge information pack provides a significant amount of detail to help you understand the legal obligations, along with details of how the land is managed and how the service charges are calculated.
When making your payment or setting up a standing order, please detail your address or account number as a reference number to ensure the correct allocation of funds. We would also like to request that payment is made by either Sage Pay via the NGP website or by BACs transfer, to ensure postal cheques are not left unattended in our building.
The audited statement of accounts for the Management Company for 2019 are currently being prepared by our Accountants and will be uploaded onto the Newcastle Great Park website when available.”
