GPNA and Consortium Meeting 25.03.2024

**Update on GPNAs recent meeting with the Great Park Consortium**

Dear Residents,

We wanted to update you on the recent progress made in our discussions with the Great Park Consortium – Monday 25th March.

Here are the key action points agreed at the meeting, but please do also review the notes for further clarification.

Next steps following the meeting:

1. UNW has agreed to meet with the GPNA to address concerns regarding discrepancies in income and expenditure figures. The Consortium will be providing contact details for us to gain further clarification with them shortly.

2. The Consortium has shared a draft detailed plan outlining open space, including measurements and finalised plans for adoption, bins, and open/local spaces, which we have begun to review and will review again once finalised. This will then be shared with residents to assist in you reporting concerns and reassuring you over the service charge spend.

3. The Consortium has committed to updating the website with accurate information regarding the area of space under the A1 designation.

4. A review of the service charge across Cells will be conducted by the Consortium to ensure accuracy in charge to all residents of similar properties.

5. Concerns raised regarding landscape maintenance will be investigated by the Consortium.

6. The Consortium are assessing the necessity of withholding invoices from residents who do not sign a non-disclosure agreement.

7. Once it is confirmed that an NDA is not required, every invoice will be shared with GPNA representatives.

8. Efforts will be made by the Consortium, Manco, and developers to improve resident concern reporting by providing clear guidance on who to contact for specific areas of the estate. Additionally, different reporting mechanisms may be introduced to expedite the resolution of reported issues.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work towards resolving these matters for the benefit of all residents.

Best regards,

Jamie Robinson

GPNA Chair
